I wasn’t sure they would be able to make a belt exactly the way I want it. Then Hailey called me to verify the order and instructions. She put my mind at ease. When the belt arrived, I looked at it closely and was amazed. It was exactly what I asked for! I am so pleased; I would recommend them to anyone that asks. I would most certainly place my orders with them and not worry about what it would look like. Thank you, Hailey, you deserve a raise!! I will order again soon. I have another belt in mind for my students.

Overall I am very impressed. I had ordered this belt and had made some custom changes to the “standard” version and I had it in hand before the estimated shipping date to even leave the facility. Item was packaged very nicely as part of their standard shipping method. I had production stitch white thread in typical row style through the entire panel belt and I’m glad I did because it turned out perfectly. Panel belts are done in “maze” pattern by default but they took my request and executed it perfectly. The belt is cotton and stays tied well and it is not overtly stiff. The thickness of the belt is what I would say normal, but much thinner than my delux Hirota cotton belt but similar in thickness to my KI.
I would definitely recommend this company to others and I plan on placing more orders in the future. Great communication!

These belts are much softer than the "Pink Panther" belts. They hold a good knot,Great Belts!
